Donít forget to have your regulators overhauled this year. Manufactures recommend overhauls every year or every 40 dives, whichever comes first.   Don't put off proper maintenance of your life-support equipment.
Have your regulator ready for the start of the season.

Ponquogue Bridge tide times/Dutch Springs weekends dates

The Old Ponquogue Bridge construction has been finished. Thanks to the Long Island Diving Association, we can now start diving it again. We will be planning dives at the bridge about every other week. Check this site to see when we have a dive there planned and join us. Please call the shop to sign up.

To help you plan your own dives, we will be posting, the predicted high tide times for the bridge starting in April. These times will be posted with our weekend hours. Please note these are predicted times so plan to get there early so as to not be rushed.

Our Dutch Springs weekend dates for 2019 are all set. We will be there for one weekend every month from May until October. Whenever we are at Dutch Springs you are invited to join us. We use our Dutch Springs weekend to certify our Open Water Divers and Advanced Open Water Divers. If you are interested in Advanced training contact us and we send you all the details.

You can use our Dutch Springs weekends to just go diving. Diving on a regular basis makes you a safer and better diver. Consider joining us for one or both days of the weekend. We almost always have a few certified divers joining for the weekend. Join us to go diving and explore all that Dutch Springs has to offer. Think of it as a mini vacation.

On Dutch Springs weekends the Scuba Van is going to be at the park - so getting rental gear is simple - just order what you need and we will bring it to Dutch Springs and bring it back to the shop.

Remember, you can rent from Tiedemann's Diving Center - tanks, regulators, BCs, weights, full wetsuits (jacket and pants) and a wetsuit hoods. You would only need to have your own personal gear - mask, fins, snorkel, wetsuit boots, and wetsuit gloves - to have everything for a great day(s) of diving.

Contact Ed at the shop for more details or to sign up for one of our great Dutch Springs weekends.

The 2019 dates are:

June 29 & 30,
July 27 & 28,
August 24 & 25,
September28 & 29,
October 26 & 27.
